Pang Lee (Tat Shing) Hardware has supplied contractors, factories, engineering firms and government departments across Hong Kong from Fo Tan since 1994. This page explains how your organisation can request a quotation, and what to expect from us along the way.
Why organisations buy from us
- Listed government supplier. We are a listed supplier of the HKSAR Government Logistics Department and are on the HKSAR e-Procurement System.
- Purchase cards accepted. We accept the HKSAR Government Purchase Card and Corporate Purchasing Cards.
- Genuine products. All products are sourced from authorised dealers in Hong Kong. We are an authorised Makita Hong Kong dealer, and every Makita tool we sell is Hong Kong stock.
- A range wider than our website. Our Fo Tan shop also carries fasteners, plumbing fittings, electrical supplies, lighting, V-belts, electric motors and material handling equipment. If an item is not listed, send us the brand and model number or a photo and we will check availability and lead time.
How to request a quotation
- Send your request. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with the details listed below.
- We prepare your quotation. We check availability, pricing and lead time, then reply with a formal quotation. If you are not sure which product you need, describe the application and we will suggest suitable options.
- Confirm your order. Send us your purchase order or written confirmation and we will process it.
- Delivery and documents. We arrange delivery or collection and provide the invoice and delivery note for your records.
What to include in your request
- Organisation or company name, and the contact person
- Items required: brand, model number and quantity. If the product is not yet confirmed, a description of the application or a photo is enough
- Delivery address and the date you need the goods
- Preferred payment method and any payment requirements
- Any quotation reference, tender number or specification you need us to follow
Delivery and collection
You can collect from our Fo Tan shop, or we can deliver anywhere in Hong Kong by courier, or by Lalamove or GoGoVan for bulky or urgent items. Tell us when you need the goods and we will confirm the delivery arrangements and any charges when we quote.
Payment
We accept the HKSAR Government Purchase Card and Corporate Purchasing Cards. If your organisation needs other payment arrangements, include them in your request and we will confirm what we can offer in the quotation.
