Get a cutting layout for any sheet material. Enter your sheet size, for example 4 × 8 ft (1220 × 2440 mm) plywood, aluminium sheet, steel plate or acrylic, and the pieces you need. The calculator below draws how to cut them and how many sheets you need.
How to use it
- Add your sheet sizes. Leave quantity blank if you can buy as many as you need.
- Add each piece with width, length and quantity. Untick Can rotate for pieces where the grain or pattern direction matters.
- Set the blade kerf and any edge trim, then press Calculate.
The layout is a good guide for ordering and cutting. Check it against your own saw and material before you cut.
