Mitsuboshi SPB Narrow V-Belt (日本三星 SPB型窄型三角皮帶) is a wrapped narrow V-belt for compact, higher-speed drives, made by Mitsuboshi Belting, Japan and supplied to us through Mitsuboshi's official authorised distributor. Nominal cross-section 16.3 mm top width × 13.0 mm height, 40° groove angle.

Features
- Transmits higher torque in a smaller space than a classical V-belt, so drives can be more compact
- Suited to high-speed drives and lower running and maintenance cost
- Oil-resistant and heat-resistant, with anti-static (electrically conductive) properties
- Cover fabric impregnated with chloroprene rubber over a high-strength, low-stretch cord
- Set Free: tight length tolerance between belts, for multi-belt drives
How to order
The letters on the belt are the section and the number is the datum length in millimetres, for example SPB 2000 (2000 mm datum length). If the print has worn off, measure the top width of the old belt and compare it with the table below.
